Default Foxridge in Winter Haven

Hi,

My husband is getting a job transfer to Winter Haven (we currently live in Vero Beach). We are having a really difficult time finding homes for rent in our price range. I have found an older home, and it is in the the desirable SE section of Winter Haven but I'm unsure. Does anyone know anything about the Foxridge subdivision?

Thanks for that info. These are definitely houses. The subdivision is off of Cypress Gardens Blvd, close to Lake Bess Country Club (or the name is something like that). We have 3 kids so I want to make certain that we are in a nice area, with good schools.

I guess I should have given that info in my original post. Sorry

Default Nice subdivision in WInter Haven

This mesage also is asking about areas. My family will be moving to Winter Haven due to a job. The school district I am looking in is Denison and Lake Region. I am working with a realtor who would like us to buy in the Reflections or Tarranova subdivisions. I like some of the house in Crystal Landings. She suggested that we don't move there. Can anyone tell me about Crystal Landings? Is it a nice area? We are a young family in the early 30's with two children ages 10, 12. I like working with our realtor but sometimes I feel she is biased due to commission she makes on sales. Can anyone tell me if there are anyother nice areas to live in the school district I prefer.
