It would help to talk about what you saw as a problem in the areas you looked. Folks here, even if they disagree with you as to whether you should consider something a problem, could maybe help you steer away from the same experience in other areas. A lot of things that you might dislike about Orlando could be present just as much in Fort Lauderdale. (Unless the problem was the distance from the ocean or "too few bars" or something, lol.)
