It's very phallic-looking from the outside- the 22 story capitol building in between two round domes of the house and senate chambers.
You just can't be stumped.....hmmm.....this may not be quite true anymore, but....town that is (was) the largest flea market?

That's a good one because every flea market I went to down there had a big sign that said, "Florida's largest flea market". Course, that claim can be made for a multitude of reasons. i.e. Biggest amount of land, or biggest inventory, or biggest volume, etc.
I lived in Thenonnossa by Tampa and the Red Top bosted the largest. But there was also Waldo in North Central that boasted the same thing. But in answer to your question, I'd guess Webster Flea Market is the largest.

When the settlers of the state were trying to decide where to place the capital, they had two men on horseback start from the extreme eastern and western portions of the state (Jacksonville and Pensacola, respectively), and ride towards the center until they meet each other. The two horsemen met in what is now, Tallahasee.

Coral is the outside skeleton of tiny ocean animals called polyps, which live in colonies attached to hard underwater surfaces. When alive, polyps combine their own carbon dioxide with the lime in warm seawater to form a limestone-like hard surface, or coral.
Agatized coral occurs when silica in the ocean water hardens, replacing the limy corals with a form of quartz known as chalcedony. This long process (20-30 million years) results in the formation of a "pseudomorph," meaning that one mineral has replaced another without having lost its original form. In 1979 agatized coral was designated the official state stone.
Agatized coral is found in three main Florida locations: Tampa Bay, the Econfina River, and the Withlacoochee/Suwannee river beds...

Close, but no cigar. You did some fine research on the State Stone. I asked about the State Gem.

May 20, 1970 Florida lawmakers passed and sent to the Governor a bill adopting the moonstone as the official state gem. Ironically, the moonstone is not found naturally in Florida...nor was it found on the moon.
