I just visited a friend in Indialantic, and loved the area, especially the neighborhood they lived in. There were 4 houses for sale on their block alone, but they seemed kind of high (although I'm not familiar with prices in that area). It was in Ocean Side Village community.

I live in Palm Bay. have for 12 years. moved from Orlando. lived there for 5 years. Tired of the crazy traffic & moved to palm bay because we couldn't afford a home in orlando. home prices have been going up slowly to the national level. I enjoy living "in the country" as it were. we live in a custom home in the middle of 3 lots. we are about a mile from the golf course gated homes at Bayside Lakes. And we have more land and treed lots surrounding us. So we are "in the country" in the city.
Since our Mother passed away unexpededly last year, we have decided to sell our home and travel the country while we are both still able. We are planning to wait until this coming January to list our home for sale, although we are ready to travel now.
