I signed a lease almost two years ago with a property agent for 2 years. A few people told me that by Florida's law, he can't sign me for 2 years...Does anyone know if that's true???

Why not? No reason you can't have a two year lease.

yes, but another real estate agent told me the law doesn't accept 2 years lease. That's why she can only do one year lease...
I was looking for a the law, but I can't find it...Wondering if someone else knows something about this...?

It depends on the type of tenancy and who's writing the lease. Real estate licensees are required to use the Supreme Court approved lease which is limited to one year. Here's a link to the Landlord/Tenant Act and the Florida Statute --> Florida Landlord/Tenant Law Division of Consumer Services, DOACS (http://www.800helpfla.com/landlord_text.html - broken link).
