Are you kidding me? Dania looks like it's frozen in the 60s and feels like it's frozen in the 80s. There are nice parts but it is generally a very strange area. Those nice parts have this errie stepfordville characteristic to it that just clashes with the general sleaziness of Dania.

I agree 100%, but as you said, there ARE ok parts (on the beach in particular) that may be what they want -- doubt it, but may.
It wasn't MY idea, it was his.

They have enough ideas to check out SoFla at this point -- it certainly doesn't hurt for them to check out Dania too while they're at it.

planetsurf, thank you for telling me about zillow.com. I had never heard of it before.

I found a few places that we like, but I don't know if they are good areas. I heard that Miami Beach is kind of hit or miss with location.
