I didn't participate in this because how can any one person possibly know which of ALLLLLLLL these counties is the "friendliest?" And even if one person had lived in all of them, it would still be only that person's personal experience and perception. Also, each county has several cities and towns, each with their own "vibe" and so different from one another.

I really think each individual happy to travel around and see if an area is to their liking. We all want something different, and you can have two people living in the same town but different neighborhoods and one person will think it's the friendliest place ever, and the other will feel the total opposite.
