What is the friendliest county in the centre region of the Sunshine state guys? I'm interested in a non-tourist point of view.

indian river county is friendly, but i imagine most of the small central florida counties are pretty friendly. i think it is small town living that helps people be friendly.

Check out Volusia County Homepage . Port Orange and Ormond Beach are nice places to live.
