In our area the prices have drop and you can find affordable housing for $150K. The market is oveer saturrated therefore is a buyers market....

In citrus county, you can get many homes for $130,000 - $150,000 up to $600,000 easily. there is a wide range of pricing county wide but the big money homes are in Crystal River.

There is a huge inventory of properties in the Tampa Bay area, but many owners are still holding to prices that could be obtained before. But according to what I read it will take a couple of years for this market to be better. We moved here from NJ, where we made enough money to buy a small house in a non luxurious area here.
