eating homemade chocolate chip cookies, well deserved after a long week of FCAT(ugh) review with my students. Getting ready to watch 20/20 to see what really WORRIES people! Counting my blesssings.

Just listening to Larry King and Anna Nicole stuff. I am a little ashamed to admit. I took a walk down to the court house to see some of the news celebrities. They were all there on the sidewalk doing their live spots. I had a Coke at a street cart and talked to that one guy, I can't think of his name, with the shaved head and glasses from I think Fox news. |

I don't drink, I owned two bars and only once in my life ever tasted an alcholic beverage. I once drank a some of a Molson to see what it taste like. |

No, I think he got it wrong. I was in his court room one time as a witness but I didn't get called. A friend of mine was there on a domestic violence thing with his girl friend. The judge was good, my friend could have gone to jail very easily and the judge talked for like a half hour and gave him a break. I know quite a few people around the court house and most don't really know this judge very well. I think he has had what could be called basically an unremarkable career. Now he finally got some recondition and unfortunately I am sure he wishes he had never gotten this case. It is going to be hard to live down that performance he put on in the court on Thursday. |
