gotta be the panhandle, or maybe highlands co.
forget places like miami, orlando and tampa. and probably jax too. maybe around cedar key and that area...
the problem is, there is probably more unfriendly places that i can think of than friendly. times have changed.

Orlando! Most jobs are tourist driven and many friendly people there! Some really rude ppl as well but overall its good.

From the places I've been to, it's St. Pete, hands down!  If Lake Placid if part of Highlands Co., I agree with that area of it. The rest of the county, ehhhhh.

Sebring and Lake Placid are friendly, Orlando is not.
