Is anyone familiar with the Autumn Oaks neighborhood in Hudson, FL? What is the area like? Would you recommend it?

I would highly recommend Autumn Oaks, although I haven't lived there for 10 years. When I lived there the subdivision was very pristine. Prior to the homes being built there, I was told it was a nesting area for cranes and at that time they were still flying in and taking up residence in some yards. People didn't seem to mind, though, because they're beautiful birds and really didn't bother anybody...or so it seemed. I worked then, so was gone much of the time, but I would see them in many yards on my way out of the subdivision.

Good luck to you...

Nice neighborhood. Homes have large lots well kept. I live right next to Autumn Oaks in Oak Lakes. The area is building up. Close to shopping. New middle school going up on Shady Hills Rd. The schools now are Shady Hills Elem. Hudson Middle and Hudson High. I have to children who attend the schools never had a problem. There is YMCA down the road. Dance and acting school near by as well. I would recommend the area.
