Default Continental Country Club in Wildwood

Just got back from a 10 day stay in and around the Leesburg area checking out 55+ Mobile Home Communities. Saw several that were very nice. Upon returning home, a florida friend sent me some limited info on a place called the Continental Country Club located on Hwy 44 near Wildwood. Unfortunately, I did not get to visit this community while in FL. Does anyone have any first hand information about this place. I've visited their website, but would like some insider information. Anything would be helpful.
Thanks.

Default home for sale

I saw you are interested in Continental Country Club in Wildwood. I just happen to have a place for sale, we are moving to the Gulf coast with our kids. It is 1000 sq. feet, with a storage area also under air that has a tornado shelter. The lanai has been tiled, it is enclosed with acrylic windows. It has been completely updated in a Key West cottage decor. A new lifetime warrenty rubber roof was put on in o7. It is a great place to be, we looked at all the retirement communities in the area and just loved what we saw, the golf course is beautiful, the pool is large and beautiful. and the peole are great. There are all kinds of activities going on,all this in a nature preserve setting. We have enjoyed our time here, and will miss it greatly. If you are interested in our property my name is Terry Johnson, the address is 173 Big Oak Lane, price is $89,900.00. It is being shown through the Real Estate office in Continental.
Thanks for your time, Good luck in your search for a home!......Terry Johnson

Have you found any nice parks that have reasonably priced mobile homes? I am trying to help an older couple find something in Florida. I don't know which ones are nice vs. not so good. There are a lot of them.
