Default Oakbrook development Port Orange Fl

Just doing some research on Port Orange. I ran across some houses in what looks to be a new development just off Dunlawton, east of i-95. I think the neighborhood is Oakbrook.

anyone know of this place, or if there are more houses built than google maps shows? The street names are Esplanade, Bourbon, Calliope, and Dumaine.

Thanks..

Any other neighborhoods, with newer homes(0-5yrs) in the $200,000-$250,000 range?

yes, very very very tiny home lots. Totally squashed. The school that it borders my dd attends and I do not recommend it. WE're there only for a year. I just rode through Oakbrook the other day looking to see if it has improved, it hasn't. I'd definitely look further North in Ormond than Port Orange. Port Orange schools are notoriously overcrowded and the nicer developments seem to be all seniors (i.e. cypress head which seems vacant when you drive through it. sabal creek is OK, more families, older development. People that live in Crane Lakes love it but it's tight/squashed. The Fly-In is nice but again, older population).
