Cool The Villages??

I have been told that there are family friendly parts of the "Villages" to buy a home but when I try to do a search, all I keep getting is the retirement parts. Can someone tell me how to find these family parts? I am especially interested in homes around the villages elementary school. Thanks.

There are indeed Family areas...there are many apartment and condo communities in the area (just outside the villages) and The Villages themselves have Bison Valley....

There is another community right behind Bison Valley and is developed by someone else...Villages of Parkwood.

The schools are wonderful but you MUST work for the villages or within a qualified business in the villages in order to have your children go there....

Let me know if you have any other questions...I have researched this over and over and over again!!

This might be able to help you: http://www.thevillagesfloridabook.com

While The Villages is 55 plus, there are other places nearby. There are a few resources listed at this site that could get you going in the right direction.

If you visit, www.thevillages.com and go to the section that says Bison Valley, you'll find what you are looking for. That area is just for families. You can also purchase Pre-Owned homes in Oak Meadows or Spring Arbor (they too are family neighborhoods).
