I voted housing costs, as well. It's not that Florida is the most expensive place to live, because it's not. It's that the wages cannot support the cost of housing, here. There are other problems, like poor schools, weak economy outside tourism, etc. But those are tolerable for some people, if you can afford a decent house.

I'm surprised that many members always complain about crime but of the 38 voters only 4 are concerned about crime.
Housing cost is the clear reason that keeps others out....

Of all the time I lived in Florida (Jupiter and Melbourne area) about 30 years. The only crime that was commited upon me was that I had a license plate stolen.
