oh gosh, i live in Inverness and the sex offender thing is something this county is on top off. Haven't you heard about the Jessice\a Lunsford case and the new laws her dad passed and is trying to make nationwide? Well that case happened here in Citrus county and the sherrifs office is very big on keeping track of these people. Sugarmill woods?? I don't think so unless you want to live with old retirees, pay a huge HOA fee and get written violations because your grass isn't green enough. Not my first hand experience but have a friend who lives there and he's been trying to sell to get out along with half the other people who live there. we have a lot of high scale developments here but along with that you also get the biggest complainers of all as your neighbors.

So are you happy with what Citrus County has to offer children? Is it a good place to raise a family?
