Florida Arrest Laws: no wonder your alls crime rate is so high!
I was watching First 48 tonight (a show that tracks homicide cases) and they had a case in Miami where a 16 year old (with a 10 page rap sheet) shot a well mannered 18 year old with no criminal record execution style during a robbery where he took a $20 bill and a cell phone.
His partner (who begged him not shoot) was the only witness who identified him got 30 years. HOWEVER, SINCE FLORIDA LAW PROHIBITS AN ARREST WARRANT BASED ON A WITNESS WHO TOOK PART IN THE CRIME
If you live in Miami be aware that a murder is walking your streets.
