Who is this organized through? is it an outfitter or private organization? their list should be pretty much spot on if it is.
It's been a long time since I've jungle camped but a hammock, mosquito net (army surplus as it's big enough) and a lightweight tarp over the top is a primo sleeping setup with the appropriate sleeping bag/blankets.
Dry is the key word. Have at least two high quality dry bags for clothing. Nothing worse than no change of dry clothes.
Insect repellent, sunscreen, corn starch (for the skin), baby wipes (unscented) for personal hygiene, a decent first aid kit with antiseptic, anti diarrheal meds, etc. Three sources of fire, a good multi-tool or Swiss Army knife, some strong string or cord....
