Just curious, what is the illegal immigration problem like in PCB? Is it like southern florida where you can't get anywhere without being able to speak spanish?

There are plenty of workers (who appear to speak Spanish) building the condos along the beach, but other than that you're still in English speaking territory.

PCB has the Spanish working folks but compared to southern Florida is way less. Due to the cooler weather up here, many go south looking for better working weather and a locale that can be a bit less expensive.

We have many in Navarre, but they are at work six day out of the week.
