So yes, it is possible for a young person to be on their 2nd home at age 26.
So he has two homes, both less than 7 years old.

I can see who the jealous person is.
We bought our first home at 20 years old. At 22 we bought a vacation condo so we could escape the cold for a few weeks a year. Its called working hard, something many do not know how to do.
If you want something bad enough you can obtain it by working hard or working more, learning skills that will make you more money.
Some people always think that if you are young and have something someone gave it to you, not the case for many I know. We was never given a single dime for anything in our life and have owned many homes and vacation homes over the years. Its called hard work and effort.
Now working on selling the two homes we have and moving to Florida
( TAMPA AREA ) and finally having a life.
I have a nephew who is 20 and just bought a 300k home with a huge pool, owns 2 SUV's and 2 classic cars, he is an internet marketing genius, owns over 100 websites and makes 150k per year easily working 4-5 hours a day if he wants to.
Has been on tons of cruises, Hawaii, Japan, Bahamas and many more places. He even makes money while on vacation, if he has a internet connection for his laptop he can make money while sipping a beer in Cancun.
It can be done by anyone of any age.
As far as Tampa goes, if I were 20 years old I would be in Tampa myself.
Then some people cruise by life sucking off their parents and when their parents need them they are no where to be found.

You want one? You want BOTH of them? I don't want either one of them.
When we were in our 20s, we owned a house on LI and a house in Queens which we rented. The renters eventually bought the house. Glad to get rid of it. Big headache owning two places. Same for owning two homes in Florida too.

This has become a thread of just bragging about accomplishments.
What does this have to do with the survey results at all. Turn off your computer and go out to your front yard and stare at your house. It probably has more of a personality than you do.

Kind of funny because the poster on Page 1 was absolutely correct. The number of people in the survey is minimal compared to the members of this forum. There are over a half million members here.
I don't know if it's just me, BUT I do think that survey may have some merit. The shift is to the Sunbelt for obvious reasons. My only choice on the "Wanted" list would be Tampa. We love that area.

Look at that survey from the opposite side. That means 66% of people WOULD NOT want to move there. That is well over the majority.

But given that logic larger percentages do not want to live in other cities since Orlando was the 4th highest percentage. People just must not want to live anywhere
