Smile Anyone know of Geico Insurance in Lakeland FL, on W. Pipkin Blvd and is it a good place to work?

I see the starting pay is 30K with a 4 year degree, and was wondering if anyone knew anything about this Geico location in terms of job satisfaction, layoffs, and where the "safe" suburbs are in Lakeland, FL. Can it be the Lakeland Highlands? Will I be able to afford a 225k house with taxes, insurance, in the area based on a 50K combined salary with my wife? Thanks for your help. I love Florida, but dont want to dig myself deeper in debt, because i know i would need to start over with a 30 year mortgage as opposed to my 16 year here in the NorthEast region. Thanks for your help.
