St. augustine or Sebastian????????
Looking to relocate from MA this fall. We have been to Sebastian fl and loved it. It had the quiet town feel but not far from excitment and it was breath taking and the people seemed friendly. It seemed perfect for our small children (7,5, and newborn this Aug)however people keep telling me to check out St. Augustine so I dont want to exclude it and I have never heard of anything negative on these threads or by word of mouth. We are looking for a town feel not a big city, schools are important and the cost of living also has to be average and near the beachs. any inforamtion pros or cons would be appreciated-thanks

I will choose St Augustine, has everything that we want and what we can't get in the area JVille is 30 minutes away... This is the right place for you.

I'll give my .02. I only visited St Augustine. It was nice, but touristy. I love the sebastian area. If I move back to FL this is where I will go.

I was just up to St. Augustine last weekend and there were way too many tourists for me. If you want to feel like you're always visiting your own town then go ahead. Otherwise, I'd go for sleepy Sebastian with all it's ambiance.

I love St. Augustine, but I totally agree that it is VERY touristy. There are crowds there all the time, so anyone moving there should know that and be OK with it.
I don't know anything about the other town.
