Crystal River.......???'s
My family and I looking into a relocation to Crystal River or close to it. We have four children ages 3-10. We have been all over Florida but never to Crystal River. Can anyone please tell me about raising a family there? Are there a lot of children there? Do they have recreational centers? I have read that the elementary schools are rated A+ or A but does anyone have a personal opinion? Is the powerplant something to worry about? For the area, there are a lot of sexual offenders (over 40). Is this a concern to anyone? Any wildlife to be nervous about?
As far as real estate....I can't seem to find any information online. We are going to rent a home and I have looked on Craigslist, Realtor.com, and Rent.com. I also have looked in the local paper online. I am looking for a four or five bedroom home on the water. A community with a pool and clubhouse would be perfect for us. I was going to start calling local realtors but hoping to find a good site online to start my search.
I appreciate any and all information that I can get from Crystal River. This is a big move for us! Thank you!
