Suncoaster will become famous soon enough
SunshineBaby, I love your photos! The droplets of rain on the lemon are beautiful. Love the Bougainvillea and the Oleander photos - were you using a macro or close-up filter? Nice effect, the sharp focus of the bougie flower framed by the softer bract. The red flowered shrub - that's an ixora, isn't it?

Cougar - that house! My whole cottage could fit inside that garage hehe. Love the royals, by the way. And the photo of lightning - very nice.

Thank you, Suncoaster . Yes, I was using a macro focus. And yes, I think you're right; the red flowered shrub is an ixora. The name escaped me.

I'm fairly new to photography, so, it's nice to hear such good feedback .

PS: Apparently there are two spellings for Bougainvillea/Bouganvilla. I think the first one is the more proper one, though, so I'll start using that .

Cougar, this is such an awesome shot! Just the fireworks would have been great, but you captured so much around it, too. I love the colors reflecting on the bridge .

Lots More Oleanders

Perriwinkle

Mmmm.... Jasmine

Sorry these weren't as good as the others. I had the ISO setting too high, causing all the noise.
