Default Homeowner's insurance JAX vs Tampa

Hopefully I'm gonna make it out there to live in one of these cities soon. I've heard some rumblings on this board regarding the high cost of homeowner's insurance. Can someone give me an idea of what it costs in each of these cities? Also, how much more if you have a pool or live on a lake or canal or any other factors that might drive the cost up.

Thanks in advance.

-Joe
