Gainesville is a HORRIBLE town. I have never seen such a SMALL run-down place. The people ARE NOT friendly at ALL! If you go there and wear anything but something with a gator on it , they will ask you to leave the store. TAMPA PLEASE!

I'm sure someone will take those statements serious. I guess that response is more logical than your other one in another thread suggesting Tally is the best city in the USA. |

I've lived in both cities, and would definitely choose to live in Gainesville over Tampa again. I really liked the vibe in Gainesville, and Tampa was too redneck for me.
