Do the research before you decide. You need to check out the ratings on the schools, the property taxes, home insurance rates and most importantly, can you make a living there. Many of the cities with affordable new homes have mostly $12 per hour jobs.

Default from my little corner

I have no experience w/the florida schools but, I have experience as a mother.
My youngest is in 8th grade. I have son set to graduate and my oldest son is 25 and on his own. They are all great kids and have good friends. We are looking to relocate because we are freezing to death up here but I cannot move until the youngest is out of school and immancipated. I don't care how good the schools are. I just cannot upset the applecart right now. I think the company kids keep has alot to do w/it.
That's just my own situation. I would definitely be concerned If we had to make the move for jobs ETC.
