Punta Gorda
Can anyone give me information on Punta Gorda? I have heard that the schools are very good, crime is very low, and housing cost is lower. This sounds too good to be true. Am I missing something?

Sorry I can't give you any info on Punta Gorda Dreamer but I will be following this thread closely because we're have a house built in Punta Gorda right now.....

Punta gorda is reasonable and lake placid is cheaper-both are nice easy going towns. Just go there and inspect -the only way to buy property.

We're building so far down Burnt Store the we're actually an equal distance from downtown Punta Gorda and downtown Cape Coral !!!
