Default Help! Where to Live in North FLA.

I am currently living in So. Fla and want to re-locate to N. Fla and I am looking for a nice town to call home. I have 3 boys ages 15,12 and 10 so schools have to be important.I want to be close to the beach or on a lake that allows boats. Also my boys are into sports, and alot of outdoor activities.I do not want to be in Tampa, I want to go alittle farther North.I am looking for a smaller town that will be on the rise. I want to spend anywhere fron 300,000 to 400,000 with aleast a 1/2 acre of land, with shopping close by.Can anyone give me any places I should look at.

Keystone Heights.

Lake Santa Fe is still high enough despite the drought for water skiing, fishing etc.

The schools are excellent

Shopping is somewhat limited but Gainesville is an easy drive and they have good shopping. Jax is a longer ride and they have more shopping still

St. Augustine. My friends just relocated there and love it. I recently went to pay a visit, and I really enjoyed it there. The quality of life is quite good, and there is plenty of land. You should check it out.

Consider Navarre, Fort Walton Beach, or Destin. Should meet or exceeds your expectations...
