If those are azaleas and dogwoods, they most certainly do exist in Florida.
In fact, they exist in my yard.

Yes, and they are ALL OVER Dade City in the spring, as well as camellias and redbuds and Japanese magnolias - just beautiful! I had all of that in my yard in Dade City.

Guess you have never been to Sunken Gardens, Busch Gardens or in or around some of the of the central northern cities full of this in Florida YEAR AROUND!!

Do not worry, it wont be long before those trees and flowers in your picture will be empty and ugly. If you like empty branches and tree trunks then you will love it in the north.

I want to pictures like this year around, where things are full of life and are beautiful. That can be found in Florida.

Something you won't get in the north. Once the chill hits, everything and everyone folds up for the winter like a bunch of bears.

TriM- Those pictures are awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Some people who live in Florida have blindfolds on and would not admit that Florida is beautiful year around!

They just do not want to see anything that is a positive that Florida has.

Even if it was in their own yard in Florida they just cannot see it because of the blinders and hatred for Florida.

Florida is not called paradise for nothing.

Florida = "Land of Flowers"

Ponce de Leon thought so anyway, but then again, he landed in beautiful north Florida, not the middle of Hialeah.

Weird, but better than PALM TREES. Anything is better than those. Still, I would rather have oaks, maples, etc., which turn nice colors in the Fall. When I went north in January, it was even nice to see BARE TREES; anything but year round GREEN. Is it January or is it June? Who knows down here.

We got oaks and maples that turn colors in the fall. Just not down there in Naples where YOU happen to be. Florida has it all.
