Yes, North FL has a lot more pine trees, as opposed to the cookie cutter filled palm tree scene.

Yes a lot of pine trees but still generic. They are knocking them down like crazy as they build more though. The funny part is you actually miss the palm trees of Florida when you are in Jacksonville. You still can't beat palm trees on a secluded beach. Pine trees just don't cut it there. Bring on the coconuts.

There are trees in some neighborhoods
Some of the older neighborhoods in SE FL have lots and lots of trees. Mine does.

I thought of you today as we drove from Palm Coast to Ormond. Trees everywhere along the drive. It was so pleasant, but then we took A1a along the beach on the way home for a change of scenery.

LOL, you must be her daughter and suffering from the same terminal unhappiness. I am sorry you are having to go through life like that but not sorry enough to join you.

Thanks for clearing that up.

Rachael is HockeyMoms daughter, evidently the goings on, on this website are important enough for Mom to relate to daughter long distance as the daughter lives in New York and the Mom lives in Naples.
Rachael has been on here before playing the defender for her Mom.

Some people take this place way too seriously. This is supposed to be informative and fun. It's hard enough to take people at face value in Florida as it is. Much less on here. I pity the fool.........

Well just consider what I said before. Less people, lots of country, fresh air, N.C. and trees at every corner.
