Default Gainesville/Ocala area jobs, schools?

We are considering relocating there. My husband may get a transfer from FedEx Freight. I am a cake decorator, but was wondering what kind of entry level medical job I may be eligible for. Her (NY) you need schooling just to be a medical assistant in an office, but hospitals hire Unit Clerks with no experience. We are thinking of Ocala area because that's the first option for his transfer, but would like to find nice area within a comfortable distance. It may also be nice to have a sideline market for our wood carvings, which would mean a property with ample space to carve (chainsaw) and display our wares.

Also wondering what the average tuition is for good private schools in that area.

Thanks- any input at all would be welcomed.
