Carriage Point - Gibsonton: Is it insecure?
Hello:
My husband and I are interested in buying a house in the Gibsonton area. We got information from a realtor about Carriage Point, he said there is not too safe and that they've had some violent situations in the area during the last years.
Does anyboby know about this situation? the prices in the area are good, but almost every other house in the area is on sale. I am not expert but I do not think that is a good sign either.
Any advice you can give?
