Jbravo, the photo hosting site I use is Photobucket.com.
Yes, Mg83, the Victorian house is downtown Fernandina, and the main marina is downtown.
The arbor picture is from my neighborhood, but we are not downtown.
We live a five minute drive (or longish walk) from the beach, and the marina is a bit farther away, on the other side of us.

keep this going, i'm making a list of places to see. between me and a friend, we have about 30 years of Florida living, and we've not been to many of these places. i've traveled literally half way around the world, but still havent seen many of the GEMS that my home state has to offer.
i liked taking day trips to cedar key when i was living in gainesville. it was like stepping into a different universe. i liked to go when it was "cold" out, it felt like you were in a small Maine fishing town.

Spring Hill and Brooksville? Don't agree with Spring Hill- what would you do there? Go to Super Wal-Mart? Not even a downtown or a beach.
