Is it that hard to park these days?
What's the deal with people just parking their cars on the front curb of the stores, loading zone, or even fire zone, blocking everyone's path, just so they could drop off people or go to the ATM in front of the store (like Publix)!
No matter how quick my errand is, I will find a parking spot, park my car, walk whatever distance I have to.
I don't care how quick you'll be, park the dam-n car and walk! Stop dropping off people too, make them walk! From the looks of it, some of them have to get off their fat duffs and walk a few feet, maybe they'll lose some weight!
I mean, this is Florida, right? It's not like your going to freeze your toosh off walking from your car to the store.

Same reason why there are so many overweight people LOL! I laugh when people circle a parking lot 3-4 times for a close spot too. It is a waste of time.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves and if you catch me on the right day I may shoot my mouth off to the person I see doing it. I will probably get my ass kicked someday but it is what it is.
In fact I went to the bank today which is in a little shopping plaza, not very big and tons of good spaces. So the car ahead of me, instead of pulling into one of those spaces, just stops the car in the middle of the lane, lets the passenger out and then just stays there with their window open yacking to the passenger who is now outside. Meanwhile cars are backing up behind me. I was actually pretty patient but the cars behind me were not and started going to town on their horns. Finally the guy drives away but the real kicker is that both the driver and passenger were both barely out of their teens so there was no reason the passenger couldn't have walked. I don't take issue when it's an elderly couple loading up their car at the supermarket but young people! Come on already.

That is true but it's not just big people doing it. It's young, old, thin, fat and everything in between. Laziness is what's doing it pure and simple. Not to mention rudeness as it's extremely inconsiderate but why should they care about their fellow citizens.
I would like to get a bullhorn or megaphone and start yammering through it at the top of my lungs in the parking lots calling out those in violation. Maybe shame them into not doing it again lol!

It's not just big people doing it. Frankly, you wanna know what it is? People dont care. That's it. It's all about them, they dont care. Ngrome, I know you live in Orlando, and that's what it is. Also, look at WHO is doing it. It's usually common to see the same people doing it.
They're rude, but they dont care.

I only do that if I'm returning a movie, and then only if it's an odd time like Sunday morning when there aren't a lot of people around. If I parked a car like that and went to do shopping I would expect it to be towed.

Doctor got it, People don't give a sh**, my husband is one of these people that park in front of the store, even though there is a front parking spot, he prefers to park in front of Publix for instance. This way no one can bang his car. I told him plenty of times to park in a spot, but he doesn't care what other people think. But once he got a ticket at Publix for it , but do you think he learned, no way, he still does it every other place, no longer at the particular Publix.
So to the OP, really life is to short to get so upset over this, let it go! These people don't give to sh**s what you think. And you really shouldn't spend time upset over something so stupid. Sorry to be so blunt.
