Default Where is the BEST place to live in Florida?

OK,
I'm relocating to Florida. I used to live in Jupiter and really liked it but there are 2 colleges there which makes for alot of 20 year olds running around.
I liked Jupiter though alot. It was beautiful, there were plenty of things to do, good fishing, close to the beach, friendly, high end. etc.

I'm looking for a high end relaxed area close to the beach that is not like a big city yet also is not desolate. I have 2 young children and a job isn't an issue.

Help me out with some suggestions please.
Thank You.

Two colleges in Jupiter? Isn't there just the FAU satellite campus?

Unless you're in Abacoa, you most likely will not run into that college crowd.

If you liked the general Jupiter area, you may like Stuart, FL, just up the coast. Or Tequesta.
