If this ranking is based on violent crimes I would say that sounds right that Miami isn't there.In violence Miami crime has been going down while Orlando's has been going up.But even knowing this I think I still would prefer to live in Orlando than Miami!!

Are people from Miami moving to Orlando???
Did Miami get any of the New Orleans people to cause their crime rates to soar too??? Cause the NO people raised havock and crime in Orlando!! |

At the opposite end of the rankings scale, Oklahoma reported in as the state making the least amount of improvement in the past decade.
