original poster here, just checking back to this thread after being away for a while.
i appreciate the responses but was hoping for something more specific, i.e. what would be an average (i know there are multiple insurance companies and this number can vary, but how bout a ball park figure?) annual homeowner's insurance premium, with and without hurricane coverage on a $250,000 home? do most people get the additional hurricane wind insurance? is that a given? sorry, i'm from up North and am clueless about hurricane insurance, i'm just trying to prepare for what i would be spending per year on a $250,000 home.
also what is the residential property tax rate in gulf breeze? or if you don't know that figure, what is the average yearly tax bill on a $250,000 home?
thanks
