Default rainfall?

There seems to be a lot of rainfall in the areas I'm interested in. Northeast and Northwest (Panama City, Jacksonville, Port Orange). Is this true?

All of Florida gets a lot of rain, except for the Keys. It's an average of one inch a week. The reality is that 80% of the rain is from May to September. strange thing, it's storming like mad now!
