Land in Pierson, Volusia County
Hi,
anyone have any ideas what is going on around Pierson FL? I noticed some land i have in Pierson (200+ acres), have doubled in appraised value in the last year, even though this land is labeled as "NON-AG ACREAGE 20+". thanks much
