Crestview might be the most affordable, maybe Ft Walton Beach might be the least. I'd go for those first, then Pensacola, after that, Panama City.
Maybe Sunrico will see this thread, he can be very helpful with this area.

Thanks Cil,

The Crestview area is a bit less expensive than the other 3 areas, but is growing was. The housing pricing in the area has decreased and is a bit more affortable than before. Crestview is about 32 miles from Fort Walton Beach and much further away from the other areas. So depending on the type work that you do you might want to consider the driving topic. Also housing depends on your cash follow and desires....

These are just from a quick search on the web, the price range will go from 4 million to $120K depending on what you want. By the way not avertizing any company and I'm not in the Real Estate business. Just do a search for homes for sale (city) and preview for your self.

REDUCED!! THIS IS A MUST SEE!! Look no further! This beautiful home located just off of Old Bethel Rd is just minutes away from Crestview High School and more. One of the only stucco homes in the subdivision, this home looks just as good inside as it does out. Close to ½ acre lot, this yard is manicured, well cared for, and boasts lots of landscaping. Inside laminate floors adorn the floors in the living room and hall. Tile in the kitchen, breakfast area, master bedroom and baths. The laundry room is oversized and tiled. The breakfast area, just off of the kitchen is tiled with chair railing, and large pantry closet. Raised ceiling living room really makes this room stand out as well as the tiled fireplace. This home is a must see, you won’t be disappointed.

Default not crestview

I live in Crestview now, and while I'll agree that it is probably the most affordable, I don't like it. I am moving from here to go out west though and I like the mountains more than the beach. There is no culture or diversity in Crestview, no good places to eat, and no place to shop but Walmart. It is pretty much a highway town. If you don't have a particular job that you are going to in any of these towns, I would pick Pensacola. It has a lot more culture, things to do, good places to eat, shopping, and the beach. I'm not sure how much more expensive Pensacola is though. It would also be much harder to find a job in Crestview or surrounding area as well. Good luck.
