Florida's climate affects behavior!

Quote:
Silva began making arrangements to move out, but the landlord seemingly grew impatient yesterday and disconnected the air condition during a 90+ degree Miami day. Silva got angry, which is understandable given the weather, and the two got in a heated dispute over the hot situation, according to police documents.

Because it does get that cold here.

Weeks in the 40's, not hot.

Yes, sometimes it is hot, sometimes it is cold.

Please show how I gloss over the weather. I have asked before and you posted a website of a private owner and another that said right in what you posted "While we may suffer some pretty hot and humid days in July, the winters are to die for! "

If I give an honest assessment of the weather that you do not like that is not glossing over.

You insinuating that it is always hot is just assinine.

Mike and others, I think we can all agree some like it hot, some like it cool, some think hot is 90 and some think it's not too bad. So, lets just all be friends, and stop going back and forth.

It seems like Mike is getting jumped on for defending his opinions and the fact that he is a realtor, which isnt fair. Anyway, my 2 cents. Let's all get along.

Congrats, you showed you have no clue about Florida weather.

I live here. The temps I posted were only from last winter and we get them every winter.

Jan 15th low of 28
Jan 21st low of 25
Jan 22nd low of 21

Many days during the winter when it may get to 50 but is in the 40's most of the day. Those are the weeks in the 40's.

I am only in Central Florida and it gets a little colder up Northern Florida.

You still have yet to grasp the fact that many, like me, moved here because we do not like the cold. I deal with those cold days once in a while to be able to have warmth much of the rest of the year.

."Yes" has pulled way ahead in the poll, despite the out of state malcontents who post here.

People from out of state who dont even live here, and are planning on living here shouldn't post though either. And if they live in the NE, they are probably going to vote "yes" anyhow. So it goes both ways.
