It's fine for Central Florida standards. Spruce Creek is better though.

Our boys both recently graduated from Spruce Creek HS, also in Port Orange. We were very happy with the school. I don't know a lot about Atlantic, but do know that there are way fewer students there and not as many extracurricular programs, a much smaller band, chorus, etc.
