Overall Seminole COunty is a great place to live. Good schools, safe, and in many communities still affordable. You'd probably be better off posting this int eh Orlando section.

I can tell you that overall the schools are good but there are some rough spots so it'll depend (what age are your kids and what level of schooling they're currently attending?)...
I lived in Winter Springs and was satisfied with the area... A lot depends on your income level as well, so again, I can't really go too far without knowing what you can afford.
