buying a vacation home in the Merritt Island area
Hi-
My fiance and I are thinking about buying a vacation/investment property in Merritt Island. We would spend time there and also rent it to people(mostly families visiting from Great Britain looking for family vacations in sunny climes).
Is there a lot to do for vacationers, such as sightseeing and shopping and restaurants?
It looks like a lovely place! I used to live down in Hollywood years ago but never visited Merritt island. We have done some research and it seems like a good choice. Can anyone who lives there give me any ideas about it? Thanks!
