Gulf coast panhandle. It has no equal in Florida.

Way too many places to choose from......

What do you want out of your life here?
Away from beaches?
Easy Access to beaches?
Near and interstate? Or far away?

Florida has a lot of places to choose from. Help us with some clues.

There are a few million people that would disagree with you.

I personally think the central gulf coast is the best. Hernando County on up to around Cedar Key.

I agree. What pulled me up the coast was the comment about getting away from the crowd's. More central even though they didn't mention it would provide better access to medical and other state amenities.
I still like the panhandle though. For someone who has live 60 years in Florida it is like going back in time to what Florida used to be like. I remember when Fort Lauderdale was a small town.

If those are your criteria, you want to look in North Florida and the Panhandle.

EDIT: And Hernando County is nice too!
