Clearwater.... Man is it beautiful!!! I have been there enough to know that most of the Floridians travel there to hang out when they want a clean safe beach to chill.... I have researched Florida like to no end and it seems to me I have a general answer from every Floridian..... Where ever they live...That's the best place... So I have gotten over 400 suggestions on where is the best place to live..... Soooooooooooo Frustrating...

Let me dive a bit deeper on that answer.....
My answer may seem sideways as it just seems to me the question of the hour on this forum is : WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PLACE TO LIVE : and the question is going to be answered with bias and is going to be answered based on what YOU like....NOT on what the person likes.... Sooooooo I say... If you say Orlando... Why Orlando.... I hear all kinds of BAD talk about Orlando as it is the armpit of Florida... Too much crime...Too many tourists...Over built.... Over priced.... Well... If you come from NY or LA or San Diego like me...Then crime to you may be different to me.... Overpriced...HUH...We have overpriced homes here... My Lord.... we know expensive..... Over built... We live on top of each other here.... Tourist... With Sea World ... Disneyland..Zoo... And our weather....We know tourist... We get a rotation of military families here every 2 years...It's like having a forever tourist exchange...... I think if you asked me what I thought was the best...That I would tell you WHY I thought it was the best....Not just say..Tampa...or Orlando.... I would say" If you like ??? then ?? is the place for you...Buttttt If your into ??? then you may want to try ???? and watch out for ???? because they have bad ???? ...... A little clarity would be helpful to people moving to Florida is all.... God knows we cant rely on the Chambers "Good book of old info and fairytale living conditions" to guide us....

I enjoy living in Tradition in Port St. Lucie.
Also enjoyed living in Jupiter/Tequesta area in Northern Palm Beach County.

I love Pensacola Beach. I falled in love with their beaches. Much better than Miami Beach.
