Hey all, anyone have any insight on living in this area? My family is looking ot move in a few months and saw a house in Osceola County and would like some opinions from folks who live there. Thanks

First, where are you coming from? This area is mostly a hispanic area, ALOT of Puerto Ricans, housing is cheap for a reason. That's way too far out for me personally.

Coming from NJ and we are Puerto Rican lol. I'm no stranger to florida I have been going there for years from since I was a kid. Backstory is that my mom got married and her husband is currently living down there so we are headed out to FL in the next couple of months to move. I just graduated college and I know the job situation down there isnt the best but I'm gonna transfer the retail job i have up here and hopefully land something with my degree down there.

Since going down to FL for vacationing is alot different than actually living there, I wanted some outside opinions on the area. We are going down this month to take a look at the house and the surrounding area.

Wow a lot of "ALOT of Puerto Ricans" concludes cheap housing..... That's a very shallow statement but something and people never change. I am puerto rican and don't look for property because it is cheap I live in a half million dollar house nothing very cheap about it and we purchased because we liked it. Arsis best of luck on your search :0)
