[Longing for the south]

I am looking for a Realtor in the Cocoa Beach area who can alert me of a great deal when it comes along. Here's what we want:
3+ bed
2+ bath
in ground pool
.4 acres min.
cathedral ceilings
nice family area
able to attend Cocoa Beach High
135,000 ish
I know, like I said I need someone to find us the great deal. Our plus is that we don't need financed. Let me know if you know of anything like this or know a Realtor who's great at finding a bargain.
